Our corporation emphasizes on staff's knowledge innovation so

We constantly hold various kinds of training and sometime send
staff to accept formal training outside the corporation and even
abroad.
Strategy on staff arrangement
We appointed many young staffs as middle level clerks which by
return apply their new knowledge structure & passion in working.
Now the average age of our middle level clerks is 35 years old
and 71% with college degree.

inspire staffs' actives & passion on works and also offer
