Strategy on staff training
Our corporation emphasizes on staff's knowledge innovation so as to let their knowledge structure fit for actual works better. We constantly hold various kinds of training and sometime send staff to accept formal training outside the corporation and even abroad.

Strategy on staff arrangement
We appointed many young staffs as middle level clerks which by return apply their new knowledge structure & passion in working.
Now the average age of our middle level clerks is 35 years old and 71% with college degree.

Evaluation system of staff performance
Accordingly we set up the performance evaluation system which inspire staffs' actives & passion on works and also offer extensive space & equal opportunity for staffs' development meanwhile combining both the benefits of enterprise & staff to inspire the potential capability of staffs further.
